Refund Policy

Clear rules for digital account purchases. Last updated: 2026.

1. General refund rule

Balkan Smurf generally does not issue refunds for digital accounts after delivery, because the product credentials are delivered instantly and can be used immediately.

2. Faulty account replacement

If the delivered account is not valid or cannot be accessed, the buyer may request a replacement within the period defined in that product details page.

3. Replacement review

Support reviews the order, product details and reported issue before approving any replacement. The buyer must provide accurate order information and evidence of the issue.

4. No working replacement

If Balkan Smurf cannot find a working replacement, our administration will decide whether a refund may be issued based on the order history and circumstances of the case.

5. Abuse protection

This policy exists to protect Balkan Smurf from intentional account damage, misuse or false claims made to obtain multiple accounts for a single purchase.

6. Final decision

All refund and replacement decisions are made by Balkan Smurf administration. A refund is not guaranteed unless administration confirms it in writing.
